You can cancel your subscription to this mental health app at any time and downgrade your account to the pay-as-you-go plan. For both the monthly and the annual plans, if you cancel within 7 days of your most previous billing cycle and have not used the app in that time, you will be refunded your full amount. If you cancel your monthly plan outside of that 7-day window, you will still be billed for that month but will not be billed starting the next month. If you cancel your annual subscription at any time outside that 7-day window, you will be refunded for half of the months remaining in your annual subscription.
